A detailed explanation will be given once the project is awarded. ToolBar Specs: ToolBar basic description: We are looking to create a dynamic toolbar. What that means is that the toolbar can update content within it from a Backoffice. The Updates happen on a LIVE bases. A good example of a dynamic toolbar is Conduit.com. Pls have a look at how Conduit functions. We should have the ability to have multiple toolbars active at one time and each controlled by its own back office logins. BackOffice: We would like the back office coded in PHP and MYsql. The Backoffice will be deployed on our servers. You will coordinate with our engineers to facilitate deployment. We are interested in working with someone that has created toolbars in the past and preferably created a dynamic toolbar. I am looking to do a quick deployment. I look forward to your responses.
